Meet Vernon & Arlene

Bright Star Roofing Solutions is owned & operated by Vernon & Arlene Bontrager in Benton County Arkansas. After getting married in 1998 and living in Indiana for many years, the family decided to move out to the northwest Arkansas area in 2019 and do commercial chicken farming with their three youngest sons. Their boys ended up having no interest in chicken farming, and soon after, a Conklin representative shared about his success working in the commercial roofing industry. The Bontrager family took a giant leap of faith in the complete opposite direction and started their own small, family-owned commercial roofing business. From there, Bright Star Roofing Solutions was born, and since then has been 100% committed to always doing what is best for each and every customer no matter how big or small. Quality, honesty, and integrity is the number one goal and root of success for Bright Star Roofing Solutions.

We Proudly Serve Northern Arkansas!

Quality

It is essential to have a high-quality roof on your commercial building. Leaks are often a hazard for anyone inside the building. We strive to offer the highest quality products and installation services so that you don't have to worry about problems with your roof.

Honesty

We are completely transparent when it comes to our roofing solutions. We pride ourselves in being genuine and honest with all of our clients and employees.

Integrity

Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain. Having integrity is deeply rooted in the core values of not only Bright Star Roofing Solutions... but in Conklin as well.

Our Mission

We Aim to Build a Better World

One of the best parts about using Conklin products is that we are able to help others in the best ways possible. For example, we are able to save property owners money because most roofs can be restored, and restoration is about half as expensive compared to roof replacement. Roof restoration also means that little to no waste goes into landfills, which is a big step towards helping the environment. On top of that, we make commercial buildings more energy-efficient due to the high light reflectivity of our topcoat. Being able to save people time & money while providing industry-leading roofing solutions is the first step towards building a better world... one roof at a time.
